The impact of the pandemic on every industry is indisputable. It has also changed the behaviour of consumers towards travel and hospitality. To enhance their experience, building trust and caring not only for but also about the consumers is essential to revive the industry.

‘Care’ can be defined as C: Contactless, A: Assurance, R: Reinvention, E: Empathy “Care by Roseate” is a campaign based on the new meaning of hospitality in the times of Covid-19 stems from understanding and bridging the gap between caring ‘about’ as well as caring ‘for’ others.

While working on the brand identity, we made sure to blend sophistication with a fun, retro-tech vibe to appeal to a younger audience. The colour palette creates a cozy yet premium atmosphere with playful directional signage like “SKATE THIS WAY” which adds a whimsical, engaging tone, making the space feel both interactive and welcoming.

ISKATE by Roseate is a premium ice skating destination that blends luxury with leisure. Tasked with revitalizing the brand, the goal was to craft a contemporary, elegant identity that resonated with both aspirational youth and families seeking an upscale recreational experience.
